Buy a ready home
A property that already exists — built, finished, and owned by someone who wants to sell. You can walk through it, see the real condition, and move in or rent it out straight away. The trade is that you pay the full price up front.
Buying, renting, off-plan launches and prime residences — handled personally, from the first viewing to the keys in your hand.
Buy · Rent · Off-plan launches · Prime residences · Referral commission paid
Most brokers pick one lane and push whatever pays them best. Knowing the whole market is how you get told which route actually suits you — including when the answer is none of them.

A property that has not been built yet, bought directly from the developer and paid for in instalments as it goes up. Lower entry cost and often below market on launch day — but you are buying from a plan, so who you buy it through matters.
Looking for somewhere to live: I will show you what your budget really gets in each area, and handle the negotiation, the contract and the Ejari registration. Own a place already: I will get it let to a tenant who pays on time, at a rent that reflects the building rather than wishful thinking.
Villas, penthouses and branded residences where discretion matters and the right introduction matters more. Often never publicly listed at all. Handled quietly, start to finish.
Not a list scraped from a portal. These are the areas I transact in, where I can tell you which tower holds its value and which one does not.
Burj views, Opera District, strong short-let demand
Deep rental market, wide price range, quick resale
Beach access, branded residences, limited supply
Canal frontage, strong off-plan pipeline
Villas, golf, schools, park-side apartments
Long-horizon off-plan, staged payment plans
Mansions, privacy, off-market only
Entry pricing, yield-led, first-time investors
Introduce them and you take a share of my commission when the deal completes. No cap on how many, no pressure on your contact, and they get looked after properly — which is the part that reflects on you.
For example: on a AED 2,000,000 sale at a typical 2% agency commission, my fee is AED 40,000 — so your 20% share is AED 8,000. Rates vary by deal; I will confirm the exact figure with you before anything is agreed.
of Amir’s commission — not of the property price — paid once the deal completes.
Yes. Non-residents can buy freehold in designated areas with full ownership. You do not need a residence visa to purchase, and you do not need to be in the country for the whole process — most of it can be handled remotely with a power of attorney.
Property above certain thresholds can qualify you for a renewable investor visa, and a higher threshold opens the 10-year Golden Visa route. The rules change, so ask me what the current thresholds are before you buy on that basis alone.
It depends entirely on whether you need the property to produce income now or you are comfortable waiting. Off-plan spreads payment over construction and can appreciate before handover; ready property pays rent from day one and you can see exactly what you are buying. I will tell you which suits your situation, including when the answer is neither.
Budget for the DLD transfer fee, trustee office fees, agency commission and, on ready property, service charges going forward. I will give you the full number in writing before you commit to anything — no one should be surprised at the transfer office.
Yes, and for a lot of people arriving in Dubai renting first is the sensible move — you learn which areas you actually like before committing capital. I will show you what your budget really gets, negotiate the terms, and deal with the contract and Ejari. If you buy later, you will already know the market.
Yes. I will tell you honestly what it will let for based on what comparable units in your building are actually achieving, not what a portal asking price suggests, and handle viewings, referencing and the paperwork.
Yes. Reselling ready homes is a large part of what I do, including finding buyers for places that have sat on a portal for months with the wrong price or the wrong photographs.
You introduce someone, I look after them, and when the transaction completes you are paid a share of my commission — 20% on a sale, 10% on a rental. To be clear, that is a share of the agency commission I earn, not a percentage of the property price. Message me and I will confirm the exact figure for your introduction before anything is agreed.
Tell me what you are trying to achieve — income, a home, a visa, somewhere to park capital — and I will tell you honestly whether Dubai property is the right way to do it.
